Lancaster County produce.
June 22nd, 2010
I’ve been photographing locally grown produce for the past year or so. The project is two fold – It’s a personal project that helps feed my creativity, and I hope to draw attention to the beauty of locally grown produce. Buying local produce makes sense. Buying local organic is even sweeter.
You can see more of my produce photos by picking up a copy of the Lancaster County – Buy Fresh Buy Local food guide. All of the produce in my photos was purchased at Lancaster Central Market, Lancaster’s Eastern Market, and Expressly Local Foods.
I picked up this beautiful sorrel, candy striped beets, and white eggplant
from Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative while shopping at Lancaster Central Market.

Produce given to me by Jenna Stamm. This produce came from her grandparent’s garden, located in Lancaster. Jenna has wonderful pictures of this garden on her blog -http://jennastamm.tumblr.com/post/708021823/fresh-froot
